The Needles Downtown Business Alliance

is dedicated to retaining the

rich cultural and historical significance

of downtown Needles

while invigorating

opportunities

for the People who live and work here.

 

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

 

Regular Membership: Downtown businesses and property owners who own commercial property located within the defined downtown area as illustrated on the following page. Have full voting privileges. Can serve on the Board of Directors.

Non-Profit Membership, Downtown: 501(c) organizations - same privileges as Regular Members.

Non-Profit Membership:  Same as Associate Members.

Associate Membership:  Any household, individual or organization not owning or operating a business downtown. These members do not have voting, but do participate in any and all discussions regarding the NDBA.

 

Regular Core Member

____     $100 Annually, 1-5 Employees

____     $125 Annually, 6-13 Employees

____     $150 Annually, >13 Employees

 

Non Profit, Downtown

____     $50 Annually

 

Associate Member

____     $50 Annually, 1-5 Employees, Resident

____     $62.50 Annually, 6-13 Employees

____     $75 Annually, >13 Employees

 

Note:  All number of employees include self.
